Vintage single coil tuned to make notes bright and not thin above the 12th fret. Hand ground Alnico 5 magnets and vintage cloth covered wire. Magnets staggered to enhance string balance. Clean and bright, 1950's sound. Replaces DP170 Blue Velvet and DP119 Class of 55.
